The performance of the detection system is seriously affected by the non-uniformity characteristics of infrared seeker imaging.A non-uniformity correction algorithm based on weighted anisotropic infrared seeker is proposed for the non-uniformity correction proposition of infrared seeker.Firstly, the response model of infrared imaging system is briefly described, and the connection between the non-uniformity and the image histogram is analyzed, furthermore, the local weighted anisotropic histogram is introduced, forming a highly performance infrared seeker non-uniformity correction algorithm. The experimental results show that compared with other algorithms, the proposed method has obvious advantages both in terms of actual visual effect and objective quality evaluation, as well as the processing speed.

Modern Defense Technology    2018, 46 (4): 139-152.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1009-086x.2018.04.022
Abstract206)            Save
Rapid and efficient implementation of dynamic scheduling of battlefield repair tasks is one of the important tasks for rush-repair force to achieve task differentiation and command control in wartime. The research status about battlefield repair at home and abroad is summarized from 8 aspects including basic research, legislation, team building, training and so on. The task dynamic scheduling is reviewed from 3 aspects: application, solving thinking and solving method. Suggestions and development directions about dynamic scheduling of battlefield rush-repair tasks are put forward, which provides direction guidance for solving the dynamic scheduling of battlefield repair tasks.

The digital video broadcasting-satellite (DVB-S) signal over China is selected as the research object. The performance of passive radar is analyzed from the perspective of signal generation mode, spectral characteristics, delay dimension and Doppler dimension of self-fuzzy function, and system link budget. Theoretical analysis and experimental results demonstrate that the passive radar based on DVB-S signal has good target detection capability.
